FIRST-Lab recovered from Christmas shut-down and energy saving standby. The cleanroom is operational by today. Our equipment will be brought up. Please contact the corresponding equipment responsible person if you experience an issue.
Furthermore, the registration for the next Introduction Day is open again. Please note that we can only accommodate three more participants.
