Christmas break in FIRST-Lab

FIRST will contribute to the efforts made by ETH Zürich to save energy. Therefore, our facility will be shut down completely from December 24th to January 2nd. All tools will be turned off or set to the lowest standby status possible. Ventilation, heating and cooling will be reduced to a minmum necessary to prevent damage to our equipment. The cleanroom specifications will not be maintained. Access to the cleanroom or service area is not permitted during this period of time.

In the period January 3rd - 8th, 2023, our cleanroom will fulfill night shift conditions. Nightwork rules apply at any time. Most services supplied by the cleanroom staff will not be available yet. Only users with nighwork permission will be allowed to enter the cleanroom. Processes that are generally forbidden at night or weekends can only be carried out after January 8th, 2023.
