Visitors
- The decisions on the acceptance of FIRST visitor applications are the competence of the FOT.
- Hosts of visitors must apply to enter FIRST with visitors a reasonable amount of time in advance (e.g. 5 days) by email to . Please provide the following information: visitor's name & affilliation, date, time and duration of the visit, accompanying FIRST user.
- Visitors are accompanied by a FOT member or an experienced user, who is the "guide" and responsible for the visitor's safety.
- FOT (i.e. Silke Schön) decides on the application under viable conditions, coordinates the visits w/r to safety, operational compliance and administrative efforts, approves the "guide" or identifies a FOT member as a guide.
- No entrance to MBE, photolithography and SEM rooms.
- Groups can only visit the service area around the cleanroom cabinets.
- Only professional visitors are allowed into FIRST-Lab.
