22.05.2012 FIRST User Introduction Day

Semiconductor Materials: Characterization, Processes & Devices
Spring Semester Tuesdays, 12:45 p.m., HCI J 8
Professional visitors (e.g. scientific collaborators, PhD candidates) are welcome in FIRST. Please note that each person (user or visitor) will bring particles to the cleanroom. Therefore, visitor groups are restricted to the greyroom area. Thank you for your understanding.
The decisions on the acceptance of FIRST visitor applications are in the competence of the FOT.
Hosts of visitors must apply to enter FIRST with visitors in reasonable time in advance (e.g. 5 days) by email to fot@first.ethz.ch
Visitors are accompanied by a FOT member or an experienced user, who is the "guide" and responsible for visitors' safety.
FOT (i.e. Silke Schön) decides on the application under reasonable conditions, coordinates the visits w/r to safety, operational compliance and administrative efforts, approves the "guide" or identifies a FOT member as guide.
These rules are valid since July 21st, 2008.
