22.05.2012 FIRST User Introduction Day

Lecture Announcement:

Semiconductor Materials: Characterization, Processes & Devices
Spring Semester Tuesdays, 12:45 p.m., HCI J 8

FIRST is open to all institutes at ETH, to external research laboratories and also to industry, which require a cleanroom environment for their research work. Please refer to ETH research services for equipment use, which does not require a cleanroom environment (e.g. optical microscopes and electron microscopes).

In order to work within FIRST, a project must be proposed to and approved by the FOT. Larger projects require approval by the FMT.

A list of research projects currently carried out in FIRST can be found under projects in FIRST
